Notice — Automated and AI-Assisted File Analysis
Files you upload to this portal (drawings, models, specifications, purchase orders, and related documents) may be processed using automated and AI-based tools, including third-party cloud AI services, to support quoting, planning, and order processing.
Do not upload export-controlled or restricted material through this portal. This includes, but is not limited to:
- ITAR-controlled technical data (U.S. Munitions List)
- EAR export-controlled technical data (Commerce Control List, including 600-series)
- Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or data subject to DFARS / CMMC requirements
- Classified information (Confidential, Secret, or Top Secret)
- Nuclear-related technical data (DOE 10 CFR Part 810, NRC, or NNPI)
- Any data restricted by government contract, NDA, or law from third-party, cloud, or AI processing
If your files fall into any of these categories, stop and contact us at sales@traxismfg.com before uploading. We offer alternative, controlled submission methods for sensitive material.
